SIMO confirms by email, with a registration reference, or on WhatsApp if you give no email. Register before you install, so you know the conditions first.

What should you check before you install?
The guarantee conditions include storing the rolls closed and dry, professional installation following SIMO’s guidance, and posts free of rust. Sites within 20 km of the coast, and corrosive environments, are not covered. If you are unsure about any of these, talk to us before you install.
