What does the installation crew do on site?
The crew sets out the line, digs and concretes the foundations, braces every terminal, corner and gate post, waits for the concrete to cure, runs out and joins the fabric, tensions every line wire, fixes it to every post and mounts any toppings.
That matters because a high tensile knotted fence is a system: how long it lasts depends on the posts, bracing, joining and tension as much as on the wire. What does each service level include?
- Supply only: the fence with matched QvikFixrr™ posts and fittings. Your contractor installs, and SIMO Securon can send a trainer to work alongside the team. Suits buyers with a trusted contractor, or tenders that let installation separately.
- Supply and install (recommended): SIMO Securon supplies everything and its trained crews install it. One contract, one point of responsibility. Suits most sites, from farms and plots to factories.
- Turnkey EPC: site survey, engineering design to agreed drawings, full supply, installation, inspection, and handover with documentation. Suits solar, infrastructure and large industrial projects.
What happens before and on a site visit?
Before a site visit, send what you have: the site location and PIN code, the boundary length or a drawing, photographs of the ground, corners and gates, and what the fence must keep out (cattle, nilgai, wild boar or people). For many sites that is enough for a quotation. On a site visit, the team walks the boundary to check the ground, access for material, the corners and changes of direction, the gate positions, and whether the site is within 20 km of the coast or near chemicals, where a site-specific recommendation is needed.
Can SIMO Securon train your own contractor?
Yes. If you have a contractor you trust, choose supply only: SIMO Securon supplies the fence with matched posts and fittings, and an on-site trainer works alongside your contractor’s team on correct tensioning, bracing and fixing, backed by instructional videos they can go back to. SIMO Securon installs anywhere in India. Once your order is confirmed, it arranges a trained installation crew for your site, so the whole country is one service area. Its offices are below; the three outside Nagpur are open by appointment only. The fence is made at the works in MIDC Butibori, Nagpur.

Industrial and corporate fencing contractor
For factories, warehouses, data centres and corporate campuses, where the threat is a person climbing, SIMO Securon supplies and installs the ZS-Knot™ 4 x 2 inch anti-climb knotted fence, usually in Alpha and up to 8 ft, with RTHT™ barbed wire and concertina coil on the post attachments. Do you install the fence, or only supply it?
Both. SIMO Securon supplies only, with training for your contractor's team; supplies and installs with its own trained crews under one contract; or takes the whole job as turnkey EPC, from site survey and design to inspection and handover. It recommends supply and install to most customers.
How soon can installation start?
About 7 days for standard rolls and 30 to 45 days for custom projects, from order confirmation. The crew is scheduled with the material, and each order is confirmed individually. A knotted fence also installs about 40 percent faster than conventional galvanised chain link, because it needs around half the posts.
Do I need a site visit before ordering?
Not always. For a simple boundary, the boundary length or a drawing, a few photographs of the ground and gates, and the PIN code are often enough for a quotation. For a larger or more complex site, the team walks the boundary first: ground, access, corners, gates and what the fence must keep out.
