SIMO WiroTEK Private Limited, which runs SIMO Securon, uses the personal data you give on this website only to reply to you, prepare your estimate or quote, register your guarantee, assess a dealer application and keep proper records. We do not sell it. You can withdraw consent and ask to see, correct or erase your data.
Who we are
This website is run by SIMO WiroTEK Private Limited (formerly SIMO Screens Private Limited), CIN U25993MH2023PTC410347, registered office 504 Brij Bhumi, Plot 263/264, CA Road, Near Telephone Exchange Square, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440008, India. SIMO Securon is our fencing brand. Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the DPDP Act), we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here.
What this notice covers
The personal data you give us through www.simosecuron.com: our enquiry, RFQ and EPC proposal, datasheet, test report, dealer and guarantee registration forms, the fencing cost estimator, and WhatsApp messages or calls you start from the site.
What we collect

We do not ask for sensitive information such as bank details, identity numbers or health information, and we ask you not to send it.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and give you a recommendation.
- To prepare your estimate or quotation, and send your price when you message us on WhatsApp with your reference code.
- To send datasheets and test documentation you ask for.
- To register and administer your guarantee, and handle any claim.
- To assess a dealer or distributor application.
- To keep records of our dealings with you, and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- To protect the website and our forms from spam and abuse.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for any other purpose without asking you first. We send service messages only: replies, quotations and registration confirmations. We do not send marketing messages.
Your consent
We use your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the box on a form. The wording beside every form is:
I agree that SIMO WiroTEK Private Limited may use the details on this form to reply to me by phone, WhatsApp or email about this request, and keep a record of it. I can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to sales@simosecuron.com.
You can withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, by writing to sales@simosecuron.com or messaging us on WhatsApp. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it. Once you withdraw, we stop using your data for that purpose and erase it, unless the law requires us to keep it, for example tax records for a purchase.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, and only as needed:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, our database of enquiries and guarantee registrations, spam protection and visit counts (Web Analytics).
- Microsoft 365: email, including the confirmation emails we send through Microsoft Graph.
- WhatsApp: messages you send us and our replies.
- Authorised SIMO partners, where you ask us to put you in touch with one in your area, or where a partner supplies or installs your fence.
We also share personal data where the law requires us to, for example with tax authorities or in response to a lawful order.
Where it is stored
Our service providers may store and process data in India and in other countries. The DPDP Act allows this, except to countries the Government of India restricts by notification.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it for, or as long as the law requires.
How we protect it
We use reasonable security safeguards: encrypted connections, access limited to the people who need it, and service providers with recognised security practices. If a personal data breach occurs, we will inform the Data Protection Board of India and each person affected, as the DPDP Act requires.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it, and the identities of those we have shared it with.
- Correct, complete, update or erase your personal data.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
- Nominate someone to exercise your rights if you die or are unable to.
- Have your grievance addressed by us, and then, if you are not satisfied, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
To use any of these rights, write to us using the details below.
Children
This website is for adults buying fencing. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will erase it.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting and spam protection provider, Cloudflare, may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technology to keep the site and its forms secure.
We count how often pages are visited and how many people complete each step of the estimator, on our own systems: estimator steps, WhatsApp, call and email clicks, form submissions and document requests. The count uses no cookies and holds no personal data: no name, number, IP address or device details. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits and page speed without cookies and does not track visitors across sites.

Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we will publish the new version here with its date. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you and, where needed, ask for your consent again.
